After heading south into La Canada-Flintridge, the Cate boys water polo team was unable to find any weaknesses in Flintridge Prep.’s defense and lost 19-2.
“Prep’s organized defense and clinical counterattacking skills were relentless all afternoon,” head coach Nathan Alldredge said.
Senior co-captains Greg Cusack and Miles Barney were the Rams’ only goal-scorers.
Cate returns to Tri-Valley League play against Malibu at home on Wednesday.
