Carpinteria’s Lauren Taira shot a 49 at Montecito Country Club to earn medalist honors in the Warriors’ Tri-Valley League match against Nordhoff.
The Rangers won the match 274-311.
It was the final match of the season. Taira and teammates Zoey Luna and Yvonne Rodriguez will compete in the TVL 9-Hole Championship on Monday at River Ridge in Oxnard.
