The Providence Hall girls volleyball team was unable to get consistent pressure against Channel Islands and lost on the road in four sets.
The scores in the match were 20-25, 15-25, 25-22, 19-25.
Faith Emerson led the team with six kills, while Lacy Gonzalez had four. Olivia Barroca led with 14 digs, and Dakota Niessen had nine assists.
Providence Hall was able to come together in third set and was energized by a lively bench. Gonzalez was especially agressive after being fueled by support from her teammates, and led the team to their only set victory.
Providence Hall continues their season tomorrow against Ojai Valley at Westmont College.
