Dos Pueblos remains second behind Los Alamitos in the latest CIF girls volleyball rankings, while Santa Barbara has yet to receive any votes in the Division 1-AA poll.
Santa Ynez and Laguna Blanca are the other area teams ranked. Santa Ynez ninth in Division 3-AA and Laguna Blanca is fourth in 4-AA.
Dos Pueblos is 8-1, with its only loss coming against St. Francis of Stockton at the Archbishop Mitty Tournament, where the Chargers finished fifth.
Santa Barbara is 8-4. The Dons losses have all been in five sets against sixth-ranked Santa Margarita, No. 10 Thousand Oaks and San Jose Presentation. The Presentation loss came after they beat defending state champion Palo Alto.
