Isabella Doub birdied two par-5 holes at River Ridge Golf Course en route to a 1-under par 34 to lead the Santa Barbara High golf team to a 211-315 rout over Pacifica on Thursday.
The score was the lowest of the year for the Dons, who improved to 4-2.
Doub, a sophomore, got off to a great start with birdies on No. 1 and No. 5.
Freshman Christina Buchanan had her best match of the season with a 47.
“It was the first time she’s broken 50,” said coach Ryan Throop.
Santa Barbara showed good balance with Saralisa Ortega shooting 42, Olivia Fanaro 43 and Claudia Fanaro 45.
The Dons play Rio Mesa at Spanish Hills Country Club on Tuesday and open Channel League play next Thursday against Buena at Montecito CC.
