Goleta Valley South Little League’s 10-Under All-Stars broke open a tie game with a big fourth inning and romped to an 11-1 win over Montalvo to win the District 63 Tournament championship on Tuesday night.
Luke Roberts doubled in the go-ahead run and Chris Abbott singled in a run as GVS pulled away. The team was declared the winner after expanding its lead to 10 runs in the fifth inning.
Andrew Guardino and Jackson combined to pitch the victory.
