Dos Pueblos took care of business against Buena to set up a showdown with San Marcos for second place in the Channel League.
The Chargers got 10 kills form Mansai Conner and eight apiece from Jay Larinan and Gabe Burdick in a three-game sweep over Buena, 25-15, 25-19, 25-23, on Tuesday night.
The win sets up Thursday’s crosstown battle for second at DP. Dos Pueblos and San Marcos are both 4-3 in league. Ventura also has a 4-3 record and plays rival Buena on Thursday.
