Bishop Diego swimmer Shannon Slaught clocked 25.47 in the 50 freestyle, beating other local Santa Barbara swimmers and taking 8th place to qualify for the finals at the Meet of Champions at Mt. San Antonio College.
She also swam the 100 breaststroke and did a personal best of 1:06.95 to qualify sixth for the Saturday finals.
