Hurtado took charge of a young defense that played beyond its years in a 20-5-3 season.
Junior midfield Edwin Elizarraras was named to the second team.
Christian Garcia, a senior forward on CIF champion Baldwin Park, was selected Player of the Year. Ricardo Mira of Baldwin Park was named Coach of the Year.
