Santa Barbara rebounded from a lopsided loss and beat Bishop Diego 4-3 in the final game at the Santa Ynez softball tournament.
Arianna Leos hit a two-run single in the fourth inning to give the Dons a 3-2 lead. They scored the winning run in the fifth when Serena Leos’ ground out scored Jazmin Maya.
Brisaly Valderas earned the victory, allowing just two hits.
The Dons lost 13-0 to Morro Bay in their first game on Saturday.
Santa Barbara (4-3) opens Channel League play Tuesday at Ventura.
