Grace Brethren’s Cameron Dishman overcame some added water obstacles at Montecito Country Club on Monday to lead his Lancers to a 465-493 victory.
Alex Warner and Justin Sinclair matched each other for Carpinteria’s lowest round at 93. Joey Biro and Jeffrey Moorhouse were next at 99.
Both schools dealt with a wet course that was made wetter by several rain showers during the round. The course’s seventh hole has a water hazard the size of a football field that was not there two days ago.
The Warriors (0-3) face Santa Paula at Montecito Country Club in their next matchup.
