Dos Pueblos took its lumps at the Best of the West boys volleyball tournament, finishing in fourth place in the bronze division.
“It was very good competition,” said DP coach Chris Hughes.
The Chargers went 1-3, beating Harvard Westlake (25-18, 25-23) and losing to St. John Bosco (25-21, 24-26, 15-10) and Granite Bay (25-12, 12-25, 15-11).
Keaton Arutian was solid in the back row and Gabe Burdick and Mansai Conner played well, said Hughes.
Dos Pueblos (4-6) plays at Santa Ynez on Wednesday.
