Bishop Diego pulled out a narrow win in the first game and that sparked the Cardinals to a sweep over Nordhoff in a Tri-Valley League boys volleyball match on Tuesday. The game scores were 26-24, 25-11, 25-18.
Outside hitter Robert Connolly led a balanced Bishop attack with eight kills and six digs. Nic Mon added six kills and six digs as the Cardinals improved to 8-4 on the season and 1-1 in league.
Bishop returns to action on Thursday at Malibu.
