Cate defender Joshua Yaro scored twice and recorded an assist.
Laguna Blanca got a full dose of Cate’s No. 1 boys soccer team on Saturday, swallowing a 9-0 Condor League defeat.
Ema Boateng scored the game’s first goal and tallied three in total with an assist. Avery Schwartz recorded the opposite of Boateng’s line, with three assists and one goal. Joshua Yaro placed two in the back of the net and added an assist coming up from his defensive position.
Brothers Jackson and Teddy Mauze each score once as did Matthew Firestone.
Cate, which hosts Thacher on Wednesday, improves to 15-0 overall and 10-0 in league.
