Friday night’s Santa Barbara-San Marcos boys varsity basketball game is being played at the Royals’ Thunderhut, so the number of tickets available is limited.
Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets ahead of time at the business offices at both high schools.
“There are only 820 tickets available, and 175 of those go to San Marcos students,” Aaron Solis, student activities director at San Marcos, said. “We are trying to get the word out that people need to get a ticket early to avoid getting shut out of a possible sold-out game.”
Tip-off for the game is 7 p.m. The lower-level games will be played on Saturday.
