Soccer stars serving drinks at Arch Rock Fish

One scored goals the other stops them.

Tonight, they’ll be working together to delight customers at Arch Rock Fish Restaurant.

Midfielder Cobi Jones and goalkeeper Kevin Hartman, former teammates with the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer, are reuniting to pour drinks for happy hour customers at Arch Rock Fish Restaurant on Wednesday, Jan. 26.

The two soccer stars will be guest bartending from 4 to 7 p.m.

Jones and Hartman played on two MLS Cup championship teams for the Galaxy (2002 and 2005). Jones, who played on three U.S. World Cup teams, retired as a player in 2007 — the Galaxy retired his No. 13 jersey.

Hartman continues to play. Last season, he led FC Dallas to its first MLS Cup final. He is the league’s all-time leader in shutouts (77) and victories (138). He reports to Dallas next week to begin his 15th MLS season

Jones, a part-owner of Arch Rock Fish, recently stepped down as an assistant coach with the Galaxy and accepted the job as director of soccer for the New York Cosmos.
