Dos Pueblos put together a solid first half of soccer en route to routing Ventura 4-0 on Tuesday in a Channel League girls opener.
Erin Ristig scored two goals and Claire Matthews and Rachel Smith also scored as the Chargers improved to 12-3 on the season.
Dos Pueblos scored three goals in a dominating first half of play.
“I was pretty happy with the first half,” said DP coach Jose Guerrero. “We passed the ball great, moved the ball from side to side and had most of the possession.”
Dos Pueblos returns to action Thursday against Santa Barbara at 2 p.m. at Girsh Park in Goleta.
