San Marcos was bounced around by Buena on Monday night, as the Bulldogs took the Channel League matchup 64-24 at the Thunderhut.
The Royals fared well in the first and fourth quarters but suffered in the middle quarters. Buena was plus-39 in the second and third periods.
Gabby Sandoval led San Marcos with five points. Seven Royals found the scoring column.
The Royals fall to 0-3 in league while Buena improves to 1-1.
San Marcos plays again on Saturday when they host Providence Hall at 1 p.m.
