Cameron Wagner scored twice for Carpinteria’s boys soccer team on Tuesday, just a portion of the Warriors’ 9-0 rout of Orcutt Academy.
Carpinteria head coach Daniel Torres said he was able to play a young lineup, at one point having seven sophomores and a freshman on the field.
The Warriors are the No. 8 team in Division V while Orcutt is unranked in Division VII.
Adam Ueghoc also scored for Carpinteria.
The Warriors play again on Wednesday, hosting Royal at 6 p.m.
