The youngsters stepped up and made a big impact in Santa Barbara High’s 20-3 rout over Buena on Tuesday in a Channel League water polo match.
Freshman Jessica Gaffney scored four goals, sophomore Rocio Fesembeck added three and freshman Anna Brummett had a team high four assists and four steals as the Dons improved to 2-0 in league and 4-0 overall.
Santa Barbara travels to Long Beach Wilson on Friday and Los Alamitos on Saturday.
