Kelsey Stimson scored a team-high 14 points in Bishop Diego’s 38-24 victory over La Reina on Tuesday, starting the Cardinals off with a win in their own tournament.
Bishop improved to 4-1 on the season and hosts Cabrillo on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Greer Shull tallied eight points for the Cardinals in their home opener.
The game was decided in the middle two quarters when Bishop outscored La Reina 24-8.
