Righett’s Hunter Walker scored 26 points, 21 in the first half, propelling the Warriors to a 62-56 boys basketball win over Dos Pueblos at Sovine Gym on Wednesday night.
Mansei Connor of the Chargers held Walker to five points in the second half, but Righetti (2-2) used its size advantage to score on offensive rebounds and staved off a comeback.
Pablo Miranda scored 15 to lead the Chargers (3-2), while Jay Larinan added 14, and Robert Cid 10.
DP ( 3-2) plays host to perennial CIF power Mater Dei on Friday.
