Dos Pueblos’ surf team recently picked up its second win of the season on the Scholastic Surf Series, besting Malibu at Mandalay Beach in Oxnard.
The Chargers are 2-0 now, having defeated the Sharks and Agoura.
Vinny Leonelli and Charlie Dentzel claimed the top two spots in the men’s shortboard competition, which included surfers from 10 different teams.
Clay Psaendler finished fourth in the men’s shortboard, and also gave the Chargers a fourth-place result in men’s longboarding.
Grady Lee brought in another win for DP in men’s bodyboarding while Kelli Litchfield was runner-up in girls longboarding.
Dos Pueblos’ next scholastic surf competition is Dec. 12th on Campus Point.
