Erin Calloway had nine kills with no errors and Meli Musson added five kills and a pair of aces in Carpinteria’s 28-26, 25-11, 26-24 girls volleyball sweep of visiting Fillmore on Tuesday.
“It was Senior Night, and all four seniors played pretty well,” said coach Katie Dolge. “We came out a little shaky in game one, and a lot of times we have a hard time regaining the lead after we get down four or five points, but we were able to regain it with tough serving.”
Libero Shelby Dunlap added six digs for the Warriors (4-11, 4-5 Frontier), who will wrap up the season at Grace Brethren on Thursday.
