San Marcos celebrated its six seniors at Friday’s 14-4 non-league victory over Laguna Blanca, savoring the time left with Christine Pearson, Amy Ransohoff, Liz Morris, Chloe Maassen, Hannah McDaniel and Ally Walters.
Maassen and Walters teamed to sweep three sets while Pearson and Ransohoff won the only set they played. Underclassmen Alexis Flores and Leanne Sturman won two sets without a loss to improve their record together to 4-0.
Arabella Watters claimed 2-of-3 singles sets to lead Laguna.
San Marcos does have one more regular season match left on Tuesday before waiting for its playoff draw. The Royals travel to Cate on Tuesday.
