Dani Rottman had 16 kills, 17 digs and two aces on Tuesday night as the Santa Barbara High girls volleyball team defeated host Buena 25-17, 25-21, 23-25, 25-17.
“It was a good match, and we looked especially strong in the first two games,” said assistant coach Lee Carlander.
Eve Ettinger added 17 kills with seven digs and five aces while Kira Schleich ran the offense and dished out 53 assists. Katy Villanueva had eight kills, and Holland Crenshaw had six solo stuff blocks.
The Dons (14-7, 4-1 Channel League) play at San Marcos on Thursday.
