Villanova finished off a home-and-away Tri-Valley League series with Cate on Saturday, defeating the Rams 16-5 in Ojai.
Greg Cusack found the scoring column twice for Cate, which also got goals from Blake Mackall, Jake Greenwald and Kofi Washington. Brian Warren did his job, drawing several ejections while forcing some turnovers.
Cate returns to the pool against No. 2 Malibu on Wednesday.
