Providence Hall sophomore Ben LaBarge finished 25th and the Lions placed 24th out of 51 schools —15th in their race — in Division 5 at the 63rd annual Mt. San Antonio College Cross Country Invitational.
LeBarge ran the hilly 3-mile course in 18 minutes, 21 seconds. Wayland Fultz was the Lions’ second finisher in 19:18. Cooper Sheard, Josh Dillon and Ryan Halsey rounded out the team.
North Lake Tahoe won the division 5 title, with Thacher of Ojai finishing second.
