Laguna Blanca improved to 4-1 on the season Friday, dismissing Cornerstone Christian 25-3, 25-10, 25-8 in a match that took just 45 minutes to complete.
The No. 4 Owls were led by several underclassmen. Sophomore Courtney O’Donnell tallied nine kills and classmate Bella Taron added five more. Freshman setter Clara Madsen ran the offense and dished out 15 assists.
Laguna Blanca will have a harder time of it next week, with Condor League foe Thacher and No. 3 Viewpoint on the schedule.
