Jacob Jeanson ran a strong race for Westmont College and finished seventh at the Biola Invitational Saturday at Irvine Regional Park.
Jeanson finished the 8-kilometer course in 25 minutes, 40.7 seconds. Jacob Goodin of the Warriors took 15th in 26:06.
As a team, Westmont finished in fourth place with 119 points. Cal State San Marcos came in first with 45 points, followed by The Master’s (64) and Biola (92).
Chrissa Trudelle was Westmont’s top women’s finisher in 17th. She ran the 5-k course in 18:31.1
The Warriors finished fifth as a team with 151 points. Cal State San Marcos dominated the women’s race with 29 points.
