Doug Harrell provided Westmont with the scoring it absolutely needed to get past San Diego Christian on Saturday, recording a goal and an assist in a 2-1 overtime victory on homecoming weekend.
Harrell set up Harrison Hill in the first half before scoring the game winner himself in the first minute of overtime off of a rebound.

San Diego Christian put only two shots on goal the entire match but Fidias Monzon connected on one of them, scoring in the 39th minute.
Westmont improves its overall record to 6-1-2 and evens its GSAC record at 1-1. San Diego Christian is 0-3 in GSAC along with Point Loma Nazarene and Hope International.
