San Marcos could not put the brakes on Ventura’s boys water polo team on Wednesday, dropping a 19-7 decision to the Cougars.
Tyler Lisea scored a team-high three goals for the Royals and also drew three ejections. Ben Battles scored once, plus added three steals on the defensive end. Chris Bebb stopped 10 shots in goal.
