Chargers, Dons finish one after the other at CIF

Dos Pueblos and Santa Barbara finished in the top half of the CIF Northern Team Divisional on Wednesday, but not quite high enough to advance.

Torrance, Palos Verdes, Hart and Notre Dame qualified for the next round of CIF by claiming the top four places at Soule Park in Ojai.

Dos Pueblos finished in 10th place with Santa Barbara right there in 11th. The Chargers, led by Vanesa Villa’s 83, put together a team score of 455. Haley True put together a round of 81 to carry the Dons to a combined round of 462.
