Olivia Barroca had 16 digs and a whopping 13 aces, including eight straight in the third game, to lead the Providence Hall girls volleyball team to a 25-21, 23-25, 25-12, 25-18 win at Ojai Valley School on Thursday.
Faith Emerson also had a monster game, tallying 17 kills and 17 digs for the Lions (7-7).
Sasha Harris came off the bench and notched a kill while bringing in some good energy, according to coach Laura Trudelle, and Jenna Wilcox was stellar in her passing en route to eight digs and a pair of aces.
“She was really good in serve receive. Anything that came her way she took and passed perfectly to the setter,” said Trudelle.
