Eve Ettinger’s 11 kills led the way for the Santa Barbara High girls volleyball team in a 25-15, 25-16, 25-18 sweep at Newbury Park on Saturday.
“It was a decent Saturday match in a little different atmosphere,” said assistant coach Lee Carlander, referencing Friday night’s season-opening victory against Santa Margarita in front of a noisy home crowd.
Dani Rottman, Remi Pulice and Haley Fuller each had seven kills for Santa Barbara (2-0).
“We played good volleyball, but we can still improve a lot,” said coach John Gannon.
The Dons host Harvard-Westlake on Tuesday.
