Providence Hall had four players with at least eight digs on Wednesday, a bright spot in an otherwise tough 25-18, 25-17, 25-15 loss at Dunn.
Olivia Barroca posted six kills and a team-high 12 digs while Faith Emerson, Hannah Park and Olivia Johnson all collected eight digs. Jenna Wilcox drew praise for her play off the bench.
The Lions, who have a home match on Friday at the Paige Youth Center, fall to 2-4 on the season.
