SBCC scored three second-half goals, including the 10th of the year by freshman Jessica Domenichelli, to defeat Santa Monica 3-0 on Tuesday afternoon.
The road win was the third straight for the Vaqueros, who remain unbeaten at 5-0-1.
Annie Dunne opened the scoring for the second straight game by converting a corner kick from Jaclyn Frankenberger in the 54th minute. In the 68th minute, Amanda Tafoya scored her second goal in as many games. Domenichelli beat two players at the edge of the penalty box and slotted the ball to Tafoya for a 2-0 lead.
In the 75th minute, Ali Raack delivered a through ball to Domenichelli, who beat a player, then turned and scored in the top corner. She’s scored in four straight games and has 10 goals in six contests.
SBCC plays its final nonconference game on Friday at home against L.A. Harbor, starting at 2 p.m.
