Dos Pueblos’ singles players paved the way in an 11-7 girls tennis win at Thousand Oaks on Wednesday, collecting nine sets without a loss for the Chargers.
Lauren Stratman, Kate Stratman and Nicoletta Bradley each swept three sets to lead the way. The doubles teams of Rachel Amspoker/Katie O’Brien and Sophia Rasmussen/Christina Daniel each grabbed a set to tip the scales in the Chargers’ favor.
Dos Pueblos won for the first time this season to even its record at 1-1. The Chargers’ next match is their Channel League opener on the Thursday of next week.
