Jared Rassler had five goals in the first game while Kevin Cappon and Chase Racich had four apiece in the second as the Dos Pueblos water polo team picked up a pair of blowout wins Thursday to open the Riverside Poly Tournament.
Conner Johnson added seven assists in the opener, a 23-1 decision over Roosevelt High, and Christian Terpening celebrated his 18th birthday with a hat trick and three assists in the nightcap, an 18-1 victory over Upland.
Coach Chris Parrish expected the competition to get much tougher when the Chargers (4-0) take on Royal on Friday.
