The unbeaten Central Coast Seminoles face their toughest opponent on Saturday when they travel to take on the Carson Raging Bulls at Cerritos College.
Carson is coming off a 53-0 thrashing over the California Tide.
The Seminoles last week blanked the Barstow Riffians, 36-0, to improve to 3-0 in their first semi-pro football season.
The Seminoles have been led by receivers Torlando Bolden from Santa Barbara High and Steve Silva from Dos Pueblos.
The team also has a solid running back in Rodney Wolf.
J.R. Pomare, a linebacker from Boston, who played in the Arena Football League, has been a standout on defense.
The Seminoles, who play all their home games at 7 p.m. at Santa Ynez High, return home to face the California Raiders on Sept. 11.
