If you didn’t get your fill of international soccer matches during the World Cup, warm up your vuvuzelas and head on out to Girsh Park on Tuesday.
The Santa Barbara Soccer Club’s U-12 Boys Regional Championship squad, coached by Rudy Ybarra, will be playing a travelling team from Thailand at 6 p.m.
“We’d like to get a crowd out there, because this is a great match for our soccer community,” said Ybarra.
At the end of June, Ybarra’s team took down teams from all over the western United States en route to winning the Far West Region IV National Championship in Albuquerque, NM.
