In a crosstown battle of undefeated teams, Goleta Valley South Little League knocked off Dos Pueblos 4-1 in a second-round game Sunday in the District 63 10-under All-Star Tournament at Montalvo.
Drew Darke hit a double and Jake Sofro, Colter Nisbet, Sam Drew, and Kevin Barker all had RBIs in the contest.
Trey Tank started on the mound and pitched 1 2/3 innings for Goleta Valley South before Isaac Oh came on and pitched the remainder of the game, allowing only 1 run.
On Saturday, Goleta Valley South jumped on Saticoy early and rolled to 13-3 win.

Goleta Valley South turned in some sparkling plays on defense. Drew Darke made a diving catch in centerfield and then doubled-up a runner off second base for a double play.
Jake Sofro and Dylan Shugart combined for a wild play. A hard-hit ball bounced off Sofro’s mitt at first base and caromed toward right field, where Sofro pounced on it. Shugart fired to Sofro at the bag to nail the Saticoy runner.
