Bishop Diego graduate Brandon Sylvester Gama was one of three Chico State golfers recognized as NCAA Division-II All-Americans recently.
Gama, Kyle Souza and Lucas Delgado were the linchpins in a Wildcat team that held a top-five national ranking throughout the season and placed third at the NCAA Championships.
Gama and Delgado gained honorable mentions while Souza, a sophomore, was placed on the second team.
Gama averaged 73.6 strokes per round during his senior season, which included winning the InterWest Wildcat Classic.
The PING Division-II All-America team is selected by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
