Emily Rose Williams was the only Dos Pueblos swimmer who chose to compete at the CIF Master’s Meet, and she turned in two solid performances on Tuesday to close out the season.
Williams swam her second-best time of the season in the 50 freestyle (23.86 seconds) and took fourth. She also took sixth in the 100 with a mark of 52.41 seconds.
“I think it speaks volumes about the kind of athlete Em is in not ever passing up the opportunity to compete,” said coach Leslie Wiggins-Roth.
