Santa Barbara High’s boys volleyball team wrapped up another Channel League championship season on Thursday, disposing of Buena 25-8, 29-27, 25-16 to finish with a 7-1 record.
The Dons, who share the league title this year with Dos Pueblos, still have a Friday matchup with No. 1 Mira Costa before CIF playoff pairings are released on Sunday.
Clifford Anderson led the charge against the Bulldogs with a team-high 16 kills and four blocks. Junior outside Alex Biedul pitched in eight kills and setter Gavin Trudeau chipped in six aces.
Santa Barbara improves to 15-3 overall with the win.
