PresidioSports.com blogger and teenage surfing phenom Lakey Peterson will be making a very special television appearance this Sunday on FuelTV.
Peterson will be the featured athlete on the show New Pollution, which travels the globe documenting the world’s best up-and-coming action sports heroes.
You can catch Lakey’s premiere on Sunday at either 5 p.m. or 8 p.m. on the West Coast. The episode will be re-aired on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday of next week in case you can’t watch on Sunday.
FuelTV can be viewed locally in Santa Barbara on Cox channel 269 or Direct TV channel 618.
New Pollution, in its fourth season and hosted by pro surfer Matt Beacham, has featured well-known athletes in the past, such as skateboarder Chaz Ortiz, who won the 2008 overall title in the Dew Tour Street Skate division at age of 14; surfer Alana Blanchard who won the women’s Pipeline Pro twice and the Vans Hawaiian Pro in 2009; snowboarder Ellery Hollingsworth who got a third at this year’s Sprint U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix in Park City; and snowboarder Maddy Schaffrick.
