Laguna Blanca enjoyed complete control in its Condor League opener on Friday, dominating visiting Ojai Valley School 25-13, 25-15, 25-6.
The Owls are 4-0 overall now but coach Bob Sanchez expects his team’s stiffest challenge yet on Tuesday against San Luis Obispo.
Sanchez liked what he got from Parker Lilly as the middle blocker was effective all-around, coming up with five digs in the back-row to go with four kills.
Senior Ben Abrams led in kills with six and added two blocks while Spencer Dusebout dished out 25 assists.
