Thousand Oaks’ solid singles side proved unbreakable for Dos Pueblos on Monday as the Chargers fell 11-7 to the Lancers in a non-league matchup.
Sasha Gryaznov won two of three sets in singles but the rest of the Chargers were winless in six sets.
The story was better for Dos Pueblos in doubles, where the teams of Malcolm Sutton/Christian Edstrom and Andy Silverstein/Robert Laskin both won two sets each.
Marcos Giron went undefeated for Thousand Oaks in singles while its doubles team of Chris Lees/Daniel Murami also swept three sets.
Dos Pueblos, 2-2 on the year, hosts Righetti on Tuesday.
