Carson Curtis led five Dos Pueblos golfers under 80 on Monday at Glen Annie as the Chargers put together a 381-438 victory over Oxnard.
Curtis posted a two-over 73 by recording six birdies with a couple of bogeys mixed in. Tynan Daniels’ round of 76 featured an eagle on the 14th hole. Lane Fuller(77), Michael Yi(77) and Sean Dishman(78) followed close behind. Every Chager finished below the Yellowjackets’ best guy.
The same two teams met in last Monday’s season opener and the Chargers won that one too, 401-432. DP improves to 4-2 on the year and competes again on Tuesday at Spanish Hills Country Club against Rio Mesa.
