Carpinteria’s girls water polo team had three players with three goals in a 10-6 victory over Oaks Christian on Friday, improving to 7-4 overall.
More importantly, the Warriors are 6-2 in league and play first-place Malibu in their next game on Tuesday.
Carter Grant, Annik Marcel and Roxanne Hugo recorded hat tricks and Gabi Gacria added one goal.
The Warriors held a 6-4 lead at halftime and 8-5 to begin the fourth quarter.
